Zoned for light industrial or manufacturing or artist studios, Suite 104 is a new 1520 square foot space on the ground floor facing 5th Street, in a distinctive new 2-story building.

The space is offered finished as a "vanilla shell" with a concrete floor, fire-taped gypsum board on the walls, an in-suite accessible bathroom with lavatory and watercloset, and a gas-fired unit heater mounted at the ceiling. Broad windows provide abundant natural light. The suite has a pedestrian entrance (door and large window) and a 9 foot wide roll-up service door.
